Grant Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Grant began their career at Macquarie Group in 2007, where they worked as a Product Executive for a brief period. In 2010, they joined UBS as an Associate Director, and over the years, advanced to the positions of Director and Director of Non-Core Legacy. During their time at UBS, Grant specialized in core interest rate swaps, market making, and trading various derivatives. Grant was also responsible for reducing inefficient capital usage in the firm's legacy portfolios. In 2017, Grant joined Edstart as the COO, where they played a key role in their funding platform, focused on simplifying and enhancing finance in the education sector.
Grant Andrews attended Cranbrook School from 1996 to 2004. Grant then pursued higher education at the University of Oxford from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a MMath degree in Mathematics and Statistics.
