Edstate is India’s first integrated real estate learning and community platform, built to educate, connect, and empower the next generation of real estate professionals.

At Edstate, we bring together industry leaders, builders, architects, lawyers, and other real estate professionals, connecting them with aspiring talent in a single ecosystem where education meets insight, and community meets opportunity.

Through certification programs, live sessions, masterclasses, and real market conversations, Edstate delivers real-world learning shaped by those who have built the industry itself.

Founded by Mayank Agarwal, a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate expert, Edstate was born out of a simple observation: one of India’s largest industries still lacks structured knowledge and credible learning pathways. Our mission is to close that gap by combining authentic content, modern pedagogy, and industry collaboration to create India’s most trusted real estate knowledge network.

Edstate is more than a platform, it is a movement. A growing community of learners, professionals, and creators united by a single goal: to transform Indian real estate into a knowledge-driven, future-ready industry.
