Aditya Kaddu has diverse work experience in various sectors, including education, non-profit, and consulting. Aditya is the Founder & CEO of Edstruments, a software platform that assists leaders in education and non-profit organizations to effectively manage their financial resources. Aditya also serves as a Board Trustee for Breakthrough Collaborative, a non-profit organization that focuses on creating rigorous learning communities for underrepresented students. Aditya is a Board Member of Hatua Network, another non-profit organization. Aditya worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate, where they collaborated with Fortune 500, startup, and non-profit clients across multiple industries, supporting functional areas such as supply chain, marketing, sales, strategy, and risk. Aditya also had a previous role as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company. Aditya was a Stanford Impact Labs Fellow at Reach Capital. Furthermore, they have teaching experience as a PreCalculus Course Leader and Curriculum Writer at YES Prep Public Schools, and also served as an AP Calculus and PreCalculus Teacher. Aditya began their career as a 2012 Corps Member for Teach For America. Aditya also had a Business Analyst Internship at Accenture and worked as a Summer Teaching Fellow at Breakthrough Collaborative.

Aditya Kaddu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which was completed between 2015 and 2017. In 2020, Aditya obtained a Certificate in Education Finance from Georgetown University, specializing in K12 Finance. Aditya also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Education, completed from 2015 to 2017. Prior to these graduate degrees, Aditya earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (BSChE) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematics from Rice University, completing both degrees from 2008 to 2012. Aditya has also obtained a certification as a Texas Math 8th-12th Grade Teacher from the Texas Education Agency.
