- Micro-Improvements: We believe that transformative change in schools occurs through staggered, easy-to-implement, and independently sustainable micro-improvements. Co-creating solutions with school leadership and stakeholders, we focus on enhancing student engagement and academic outcomes.  

Featured programs:  

- Pedagogical Leadership Program: Our flagship program builds instructional leadership capacity in schools, based on the internationally recognized 5A model of lesson planning: Aim, Activate, Analyse, Apply, Assess.  

- Reforming School for Excellence (RISE) Program: A multi-year systemic reform initiative adopting a holistic approach through academic, administrative, and institutional reforms. RISE addresses various stages of the learning cycle, including lesson plans, assessments, leadership development, and capacity building for teachers and school leaders.  

Independent Expert (IE) initiative:  

As an independent expert, Edtivate partners with schools and organizations to provide customized, evidence-based solutions for improving education systems. Our expertise in data-driven decision-making, teacher training, and AI-powered solutions enables institutions to implement sustainable educational reforms. By working closely with stakeholders, we help create strategies that drive long-term impact in schools and communities.
