For a teacher the job becomes very routine, mundane and repetitive. Teachers often lose track of advancements all over the world that necessitate the evolvement of education systems. This is the main reason why educational institutions in turn need to keep evolving to keep abreast of such changes. The best method of making these changes is to hold regular seminars in which teachers can participate and enjoy.
All through her years in the field of education her endeavour has been to imbibe the best of various systems in India and abroad and thereafter introduce novel methods in the institutions that have utilized her services.
The Covid 19 pandemic has come as a 'Bolt out of the Blue' for humanity in general and education in particular. This is an era of reinvention and innovation and educators have to come out with novel methods to deal with this situation. Sapna Sukul has been very actively involved in webinars and discussions with leading educationists all over India in finding solutions.
