Belle Webster

Belle Webster is an experienced strategic leader in the digital domain with over twenty years of expertise in public-private partnerships and a recent focus on cyber security. They currently serve as a director at the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC-NL) and manage the Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing unit, where they enhance collaboration frameworks across digital security in the Netherlands. Previously, Belle held the position of Director of IT & Cyber Security at the Port of Amsterdam and chaired the ISAC for the North Sea Canal Area, demonstrating a strong ability to build strategic partnerships in complex environments. With a solid legal background and extensive training in cyber governance, they are committed to fostering a more digitally secure society. Belle is also a supervisory board member at Port of Den Helder.
