Justin worked as a professional actor from 2002 to 2022, with credits in national and global advertising campaigns and extensive voice work for various companies. In 2010, they co-founded Silver Key Solutions, an executive training company, where they served as the Creative Director. From 2012 to 2021, they were a founding member and Vorstand of Per Aspera e.V., a non-profit organization promoting art and culture. In 2009, they co-founded InterAct English gGmbH and held the role of Co-Founder until 2022. Currently, Justin is serving as the Chief Content Officer at eduBITES GmbH since 2021.
Justin Beard completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Theater and original work at Cornish College of the Arts from 1998 to 2002. Justin then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Aesthetic-Cultural Education from Philipps-Universität Marburg from 2016 to 2018.
