Eric Glustrom is the CEO and Founder of Watson Institute, an organization dedicated to developing next-generation entrepreneurial leadership talent. They also founded Educate!, which empowers youth in East Africa, impacting 240,000 students across Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya. Recognized as an Ashoka fellow, Echoing Green fellow, and named one of Forbes' 30 social entrepreneurs under 30, Eric's work focuses on addressing the world's toughest challenges by nurturing the next generation. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Neuroscience from Amherst College.
