Marit Blaak, PhD, is a learning experience designer with nearly 15 years of experience in research and product design focused on youth development. They completed a PhD at the University of Groningen, engaging in participatory action research on organizational learning in education NGOs in Uganda. Marit has held various leadership roles, including Global Director of Design and Product Operations at Educate!, where they optimized educational designs and led initiatives to promote gender equity. Currently, they serve as the Strategic Education Advisor at VVOB, supporting program teams in developing effective education solutions.
