Rogers Kamugisha Patrick

Rogers Patrick Kamugisha serves as the Country Director at Educate! since January 2017, overseeing external operations in Rwanda and managing partnerships with key government entities. Currently acting as Head of Africa Reform Education, Rogers coordinates regional partnerships across multiple African countries and presents on entrepreneurship in education at various conferences. Previous roles include Head of Program Implementation at Educate!, focusing on coaching and financial accountability, and Design and Training Manager, where capacity building for educators was a priority. Concurrently, Rogers contributes as an Entrepreneurship Curriculum Developer and Trainer for the Rwanda Education Board and works as a freelance business writer. Other roles include Head of Entrepreneurship at Cornerstone Development and Entrepreneurship Development Consultant with UNIDO. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Uganda Martyrs University and a Bachelor's in Development Economics from Makerere University.
