EducateCo exists to support global educational change and growth. We work with existing prestige schools and investors to design, manage and expand their international campuses.

Our services are led and enriched by Vicki Waters, a progressive education leader with more than 20 years’ experience leading internationally respected schools.

Vicki has boldly pioneered premier education as principal at Pymble Ladies’ College in Sydney and in Brisbane girls’ schools—advancing school vision, opportunity and building effective teams.

Today, she brings rich insight to our confidential Principal’s Concierge service, where she supports principals and boards through coaching, strategic advice and leadership development.

Vicki is pursuing her vision for world-class education with her husband and business partner, Garry Waters. Together, they are developing a global network of next-practice schools through our international brand, GlobalEdCo,

We are also launching a network of GlobalEdCo international camps to connect high-achieving students and their teachers with unique Australian educational experiences.

If you’re ready to join a network of next-practice school leaders, get in touch today.
