Research Analyst II at Education Analytics

Grace Freeman is a dedicated research analyst with a strong background in environmental science and data management. Currently employed as a Research Analyst II at Education Analytics since August 2022, Grace previously worked as a Research Scientist for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, focusing on deer aging and winter severity data. Grace's experience also includes serving as a Graduate Student and Lab Manager at Western Washington University, overseeing undergraduate research assistants and collaborating with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. Additional roles include Lead Graduate Teaching Assistant, Science Communications Fellow at Washington Sea Grant, Environmental Educator at Aldo Leopold Nature Center, Trip Leader at Apogee Adventures, and Biological Field Technician for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. Grace holds a Master's degree in Marine and Estuarine Biology from Western Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Environmental Science from St. Olaf College.
