Robert Meyer is a Senior Fellow at NORC, specializing in analytics and research to support education. They founded Education Analytics and served as the Chief Research Officer until 2024, and currently hold the position of Emeritus Founder and Research Affiliate. Previously, Meyer was the Director of the Value-Added Research Center at the University of Wisconsin from 2005 to 2017 and served as an Emeritus Research Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2018 to 2017. They also held the role of Senior Scientist at the University of Wisconsin and Wisconsin Center for Education Research from 1998 to 2009 and were an Assistant Professor at the University of Chicago Harris Graduate School of Public Policy from 1992 to 1998.
