Sean McLaughlin

Sean McLaughlin has a diverse work experience in the field of education research and data analytics. From 2006 to 2014, they served as a Production Manager at the Wisconsin Center for Education Research, overseeing the production of value-added results for various education agencies. In 2013, they joined Education Analytics as the Senior Director of Operations and Communications, a role they held until 2018. During this time, they played a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the organization and managing a team responsible for data analysis, IT, and administration. From 2018 to 2020, Sean served as the VP of Products and Services at Education Analytics, where they directed the production of student growth results and other project deliverables. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Education Analytics, where they continue to develop analytics and software to improve public education.

Sean McLaughlin attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
