Gillian Cuthbert

Gillian Cuthbert is the Assistant Director of Children and Young People's Services at the Education Authority in Northern Ireland. With a background in education and a degree from Liverpool John Moores University, Gillian has dedicated their career to nurturing young people and transforming Behaviour Support and EOTAS provision. Previously, they held various positions including ASEO Head of Post Primary Behaviour Support and Provisions and Post Primary Behaviour Support Adviser, leading initiatives that positively impact students' lives. Gillian remains committed to inspiring a strong team of skilled professionals to foster meaningful change in children's lives.
