Hector Ulloa has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and policy advising. At UNICEF Norge, Hector worked as a Fundraiser, engaging the public to recruit donors. As a Board Member for both Debt Justice Network Norway and SAIH, significant contributions were made in governance and policy oversight. Hector held leadership roles in SAIH, including President and Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and political advocacy.
