Amy Ware

Amy Ware is an experienced educator and independent contractor with a diverse background in educational leadership and instructional coaching. Currently, Amy serves as an independent contractor for the District Management Group and Little Bites Coaching, and as an organizer for NEAT Method, while also grading essays for ThinkCERCA and working with Education Elements. Previous roles include principal, assistant principal, reading instructional coach, and 2nd grade teacher at Dallas ISD, along with experience as a 4th grade teacher through Teach For America. Amy holds multiple advanced degrees from Southern Methodist University and Arizona State University, specializing in urban school leadership, elementary education, art history, corporate communications, public affairs, and Spanish language and literature.
