Jill Thompson

Jill Thompson is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in K-12 consulting and personalized learning. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Education Elements since November 2018, Jill leads a strategic sales team focused on consulting services for school districts and state agencies, driving growth and revenue. Previously, Jill held various leadership roles at Education Elements, including Managing Director of K-12 Consulting Services and Partner, overseeing a range of educational initiatives. With a foundation in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools as the Personalized Digital Learning Director, Jill has a proven track record in developing personalized learning frameworks and integrating technology into education. In addition to consulting, Jill has contributed to education through roles such as Advisory Board Chair for G.O. B.I.G Charter School and as an Adjunct Professor at UNC Charlotte. Jill's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Winthrop University and an Add-On Licensure in Educational Leadership from Wingate University.
