ERA is building a curriculum that helps young adults discover their strengths, explore potential life pathways, and build thinking skills that will prepare them for the world beyond high school.
Founded by entrepreneur, philanthropist and former school teacher Fred Ode, ERA is working to ensure that all students have access to life skills education. We are piloting our curriculum in 10 high schools during the 2025-26 school year, and are actively seeking additional schools to add to the pilot for 2026-27.
