As the Founder & Lead Coach at The Thinking Academy, Leonie provides Leadership Coaching to educational professionals, aiming to improve outcomes for children by developing self-awareness and challenging thinking. In addition, Leonie works as an Associate at The Development Partnership Ltd and Education Support, conducting coaching and mentoring workshops and facilitating peer support groups for school leaders. With a background as a Headteacher at both Hampshire County Council and Dorset Council, Leonie has a wealth of experience in curriculum leadership and school development. Their qualifications include a BA (Hons) Combined Sciences with QTS from the University of Roehampton.
