Xiaoting (Jasmine) Chen is a Ph.D. candidate in Finance currently studying at GSEFM, following the completion of a Master's degree in Economics at Bonn University. Their research interests center on financial economics, including the Real Business Cycle Model and empirical studies in banking and finance. As the principal co-founder of Education Without Barriers, Xiaoting aims to address educational inequality through innovative strategies and mentorship. They have over five years of startup experience and led teams in various initiatives to empower underprivileged children and promote sustainable development. In addition, Xiaoting has contributed as a global mentor for Young Sustainable Impact and has spoken at multiple TEDx events.
