Karen Downs

Karen Downs is an experienced educator with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as an Educator at ESI since July 2023. Prior to this role, Karen worked as an Educator in various school districts, including the Paradise Valley Unified School District from August 2010 to May 2023, and other institutions such as STARSHINE ACADEMY and Scottsdale Unified School District. Karen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Rockford University. Additional experience includes a position as Medical Affairs Secretary at Rockford Memorial Hospital from 1990 to 1994.
