Bryan Baker

Bryan Baker is an experienced educator and military professional with a strong background in history and political science. Currently serving as a History Teacher at Valley Lutheran High School since July 2024, Bryan also evaluates AP US Government and Politics exam essays as an AP Exam Rater for ETS. Prior roles include Instructional Coach and Advanced Placement teacher at BASIS.ed, overseeing teacher development and delivering honors-level courses. Bryan's military experience spans several key positions, including Captain in the United States Army Reserve, where responsibilities included mentoring future officers and managing intelligence operations. Bryan holds a Master of Arts in International Security and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies, both with a perfect GPA, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History.
