Catherine Shultz

Catherine Shultz is a seasoned professional in the field of educational partnerships, currently serving as the National Director of Educational Partnerships at Educational Testing Service (ETS) since September 2020. Prior to this role, Catherine was a Regional Solutions Consultant at Capture Higher Ed from December 2019 to September 2020 and held the position of Vice President & Consultant for Academic Partnerships at Ruffalo Noel Levitz for a year. Catherine's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at Pearson, where Catherine served as Vice President of Partnership Development and Business Development, along with a position as Senior Director of Academic Initiatives & Solutions. In the earlier stages of Catherine's career, positions were held at John Wiley and Sons in acquisitions and product development. Catherine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Miami University in 1987.
