Dan McCaffrey is the Frederic Lord Chair of Measurement and Statistics at ETS, where they also serve as Associate Vice President of Psychometric Analysis and Research. They have held the position of Principal Research Scientist at ETS since 2013 and previously worked as a Senior Statistician at RAND from 1991 to 2013. Dan earned a BA in Math/Economics from Mount Saint Mary's College and a PhD in Statistics from North Carolina State University.
