Dawn Budd

Dawn Budd, CTP, has over 25 years of experience in cash and investment management. Since October 2002, Dawn has served as AVP & Treasurer at ETS, where responsibilities include managing liquidity needs, overseeing the Corporate Risk Insurance program, and supervising Accounts Payable, Payroll, Credit Card Payment processing, and Accounts Receivable operations. Previously, from April 1999 to September 2002, Dawn held the position of Manager Treasury Operations at Journal Register Company, focusing on cash management, a $900 million credit facility, and pension fund management. Dawn streamlined cash management processes, transitioning from a decentralized banking system to a centralized one. Earlier in Dawn's career, from April 1987 to April 1999, as Treasurer at Derivatives Portfolio Management (DPM) Tricon USA, Inc., responsibility included managing all domestic and international cash management and corporate risk insurance. Dawn holds a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University and further education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
