Dwayne Patterson

Dwayne Patterson serves as the Executive Director at Educational Testing Service (ETS), overseeing the strategic direction and operational excellence of the ETS Global Test Center network across 175 countries and over 1200 markets since 2013. Previously, Patterson held various leadership roles including At Large Board Member for the Rutgers Executive MBA Alumni Association (2016-2019), Chairman & CEO of GPSEG (2011-2016), and Vice President of Operations at Townsend Machine, Inc. (2010-2013). Patterson also served as Managing Principal at Lighthouse Consultants, LLC (2001-2013) and Executive Vice President at AAA Mid-Atlantic (1996-2001), receiving the AAA National Innovation Award. Earlier experience includes Area General Manager at TKR Cable Communications (1985-1996) and various management roles at Cox Communications (1981-1985). Patterson holds an Executive MBA in Business Management/Leadership from Rutgers University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
