Feifei Li

Feifei Li is a Senior Psychometrician at ETS since December 2010, leading psychometric efforts for various assessments, including TOEFL Primary and Junior Tests and the K-12 English Assessment program in India. In addition to managing a team in Hyderabad, Feifei serves as a project director for training initiatives with the Shanghai Municipal Educational Examination Authority and coordinates psychometric training in India. Previous roles include Psychometrician, where Feifei led significant assessments such as the Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness and the California Science Test, along with serving as an Associate Psychometrician for the California Standards Test. Academic credentials include a PhD in Educational Measurement, Statistics, and Evaluation from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2009, with prior postdoctoral experience at the University of Pennsylvania.
