Gemma Smith

Gemma Smith (MSc MCIPD) is an experienced and commercially focused Human Resources Leader with over 15 years in diverse industries such as EdTech, operating across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. Gemma currently leads Global People Consulting and People Operations at ETS, where they are part of the Senior Leadership team, driving HR strategy and operational effectiveness. Previously, Gemma served as HR Director for EMEA & Canada at First Advantage, HR Manager for LEWIS Global Communications, and HR Advisor at TMP Worldwide. Gemma holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management through Kingston University.
