Jay Bryant

Jay Bryant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education admissions and recruitment. Currently serving as the Associate Director of University Relations at ETS since October 2019, Jay provides strategic guidance on recruitment solutions across the Northeastern U.S. and international markets. Previous roles include Associate Director of Business School Relations for the Western USA and Canada at ETS, Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment at UC San Diego's Rady School of Management, and Associate VP of Admissions and Student Affairs at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Jay's early career included teaching AP Spanish at Duncanville ISD, coupled with a strong educational foundation that includes an MBA in International Management/Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Plan II from The University of Texas at Austin.
