Kristen Mitchell

Kristen Mitchell is currently the Director of Corporate Public Relations at ETS, a position held since September 2022, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager of Public Relations at the same organization. Prior to ETS, Kristen worked as a Senior Associate at Whiteboard Advisors and held the position of Manager of Public Relations at ETS from October 2018 to June 2022. Kristen’s earlier experience includes roles at Thomas Edison State University as Communications and Media Outreach Associate and Editorial Program Assistant, as well as freelancing for Benchmark Group Media. Kristen began the professional journey at Elizabethtown College, where services as a Security Dispatcher were provided. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Elizabethtown College and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Crisis Communications, Brand and Reputation Management from Rutgers University.
