Larry Handlin

Larry Handlin currently serves as the Director of Adult College Readiness at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, a position held since March 2020. With extensive experience in higher education, Handlin has also worked as a Faculty Consultant for Educational Testing Service since 1999. Handlin's expertise includes serving as a Higher Education Research Consultant from 2019 to March 2020 and as a Research Consultant at Stamats from October 2017 to July 2019. Prior roles include Grant Manager for the Rural Information Technology Alliance at Ridgewater College and Assistant Director of Evaluation at Washington University in St. Louis. Handlin's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Sociology from Cornell College, a Master's Degree in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Bay Path University.
