Lisa Brooks

Lisa Brooks has over a decade of experience in information security, currently serving as the Director of Information Security - Security Operations & Engineering at ETS since April 2012. In this role, Lisa is responsible for the incident response life cycle, threat mitigation, and security investigations, including the preparation of detailed analyses of incidents for senior management and stakeholders. Prior positions at ETS include managerial and engineering roles focused on information security and compliance. Earlier in her career, Lisa worked in various strategic staffing and HR roles, leading onboarding and orientation programs while supporting recruitment processes. Lisa's professional journey began at Lifetouch as a Yearbook Coordinator, where process improvements and relationship management were key responsibilities. Lisa holds a high school diploma from Bensalem Township High School.
