Lydia L.

Lydia L. serves as the Associate Vice President at ETS Research Institute since August 2006, where responsibilities include providing research support for various ETS business lines, driving philanthropic funding for research innovations, and leveraging research capabilities for global contracts. Previous roles at ETS include Principal Research Director overseeing key centers for foundational research and strategic programs, Senior Research Director managing research in higher education and workforce spaces, Director of Research focused on longer-range research agendas, and Senior Research Scientist leading initiatives on student learning outcomes assessments. Lydia L. currently holds board positions with the Mastery Transcript Consortium®, ETS China, and the Hopewell Valley Regional School District, with earlier experience as a summer intern at Educational Testing Service and the Law School Admission Council.
