Soo Mee Kwon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Soo Mee started their career as an Editor at the Asian American Writers' Workshop (AAWW) from 1993 to 1995. Soo Mee then worked as an Acquisitions Editor at Scholarly and Reference Book Publishing Companies from 1992 to 2000. In 2001, they joined the Girl Scouts of the USA as a Web Designer/Programmer, where they managed the design and development of their corporate website and other related sites until 2004. From 2005 onwards, Soo Mee has been working at ETS, starting as a Senior User Experience Designer and progressing to become a Director of User Experience. Soo Mee'srole at ETS involved improving user experience and usability of their websites, applications, and other digital experiences. Soo Mee also managed and mentored a team of user experience designers and consultants, conducted usability tests and research, and analyzed feedback and data to inform designs. Soo Mee has a proven record of customer satisfaction and call reduction.
Soo Mee Kwon obtained a B.A. degree with a concentration in Music Theory and Composition from Yale University in 1992.
