Susan Bell

Susan Bell is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Programs at ETS. They have held various roles in Windsor Locks Public Schools, including High School Counseling Director and Superintendent of Schools. Previously, Susan worked at the Mastery Transcript Consortium, where they advanced from Director to Chief Program Officer. They hold a Doctor of Education from the University of Hartford and a Master’s in Counselor Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, underscoring their commitment to enhancing educational systems for all students.
