Weiling Deng

Weiling Deng is a senior psychometrician at Educational Testing Service (ETS) with over 11 years of experience in both K-12 and higher education assessment programs. They oversee statistical work for college-level examination programs, develop psychometric guidelines, and provide consultation and training to junior staff. Prior to their current role, Weiling contributed significantly as a psychometrician at ETS and coordinated various testing programs while conducting extensive research on psychometric issues. They are currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education with a concentration in educational measurement and statistics at Rutgers University.
