Jonathan Converse has spent over 11 years in urban education, serving as both a teacher and an administrator. Currently, they are the Director of Restorative Practices at EducationPlus, where they began their journey in restorative practices in 2015. Jonathan is also a licensed IIRP Trainer, committed to transforming community mindsets through the power of relationships. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Lindenwood University.
