Dana Miller

Dana Miller is a seasoned Business Architect with over 25 years of experience in higher education, specializing in process improvement, business analysis, and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as the Strategy Director at EDUCAUSE, Dana leads an international working group focused on developing global higher education architecture reference models. Previously, Dana held roles at various institutions, including Senior Computer Specialist at the University of Washington and Associate Business Architect at enGen, where they implemented methodologies that resulted in significant efficiency gains. Dana is also a published author and speaker, sharing insights on quality management and organizational change, and is actively pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Idaho.
