EDUCAUSE
Kathe Pelletier is a highly experienced education professional with a strong background in teaching and learning program management. Currently serving as Director of the Teaching and Learning Program and Director of Student Success Community Programs at EDUCAUSE since October 2018, Kathe previously held roles at Capella University, including Senior Director of Direct Assessment, where strategic academic oversight was provided for the FlexPath direct assessment option. Prior experience includes positions as AVP for Competency-Based Education at Southern New Hampshire University and AVP of Quality & Innovation at Rasmussen College, focusing on competency-based education initiatives and academic affairs. Kathe also contributed to Capella University in various capacities, from Director of University Learning Resources to Faculty in General Education. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership & Management from Capella University and a solid foundation in philosophy and education, Kathe Pelletier has consistently demonstrated an ability to enhance student learning and success through innovative program development and cross-functional leadership.
