Sean Burns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate research and data analysis. Currently serving as a Corporate Researcher at EDUCAUSE since July 2019, Sean leads various corporate research projects, identifying opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships. Previously, Sean held the role of Learning Analyst and Assessment Coordinator at Colorado State University from September 2013 to July 2019, focusing on assessment activities, predictive modeling, and collaborative projects with vendors. Early experiences include teaching English at Daguanghua International School and roles in research assistance at various educational institutions. Sean holds a Master of Arts in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
