EDUCAUSE
Tracy Rains has extensive experience in membership and product management, currently serving as Product Manager for Association Management Systems at EDUCAUSE since January 2016, after holding various roles such as Senior Manager and Manager of Membership. Prior to EDUCAUSE, Tracy worked at ABMP for 18 years, advancing from Member Services Coordinator to Director of Member Services. Tracy's educational qualifications include a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, ITIL certification in 2019, and an Associate of Arts degree from Front Range Community College. Additional educational pursuits were undertaken at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education and Mountain States Employers Council.
