Brandon Williams

As a Principal at Educe Group, Brandon advises organizations on how best to implement new or optimize existing talent management systems and processes. He’s led successful projects for clients across verticals including higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial/professional services in this capacity over the last decade. Prior to joining Educe, Brandon facilitated nationwide software and compliance training while helping his organization pioneer a leadership development program for new college graduates in the healthcare space. Brandon has both spoken at conferences held by the Association for Talent Development and Training Magazine and facilitated expert panels at Educe partner events like Saba Insight and Saba’s Regional User Group meetings. Additionally, Brandon has published articles and worked with his colleagues to develop white papers on topics that are important to talent development professionals. Brandon can be found outside of the office dedicating time to his alma mater (William and Mary) and playing music around Washington D.C. where he lives.
