Holly Sheldon

Holly Sheldon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and customer success management. Currently serving as Product Owner for SBX Microapps at Educe since December 2018, Holly analyzes client business requirements and conducts various workshops to implement effective Saba solutions. Previously, as Director of Customer Success at Expertus, Holly was instrumental in driving customer adoption of ExpertusONE, where responsibilities included creating certification programs, managing training initiatives, and overseeing community engagement efforts. Earlier roles included Training Coordinator at Swiftpage and Faculty Liaison at Western International University, showcasing a strong background in training, project management, and effective communication. Holly holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Southern Maine.
