Jenna Bowman

Jenna Bowman, M.A., is an accomplished Talent Development Manager at Educe, where responsibilities include designing and implementing integrated HR processes to foster high-performance and sustainable organizational goals. With experience as a Graduate Assistant at The George Washington University, Bowman supported LGBTQ+ inclusivity initiatives and managed student engagement projects. Previous roles also encompass talent development coordination at TBWA\Media Arts Lab, designing training programs, and various HR functions. Jenna holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Loyola Marymount University.
