John Scragg

John Scragg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in various companies. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Engineering at Educe. Prior to this, they worked at Improving as the Technical Director, where they led development and technical operations projects for fintech clients, focusing on scalability and security. John also played a key role in the Delivery Excellence program and provided consulting services to executive leadership. Before that, John was the Vice President of Software Engineering at Aurea Software, where they worked on the integration of technology and data into the company's Customer Experience Platform and implemented cloud migration strategies. John also held the position of the Senior Vice President of Product Management & Development at ista, where they developed a hybrid resource model and led the development of a SaaS-based Revenue Lifecycle Management System. Additionally, they served as the Senior Vice President of Client Services and the Director of Professional Services at ista. John's earlier experience includes working as a Solutions Architect at Answers 2 IT and as a Team Lead in Software Development at RaceTrac Petroleum.

John Scragg has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services, ITIL v4 Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator and Microsoft Certified Solution Developer from Microsoft, and Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org.
