Michael Kinlein is an experienced technical consultant specializing in the implementation of Talent Management Systems. Since April 2016, Michael has served as a Manager at Educe, enhancing customer engagement through consultation. Prior to this role, Michael spent over 12 years at Radnor-Wallace as a Senior Technical Consultant, where responsibilities included formulating implementation strategies, providing technical support, and managing enterprise-wide Learning Management System (LMS) deployments.
