Jacob Waern

Jacob Waern is the founder and CEO of EduMe, a Workforce Success company. Jacob has also served as the Director of Digital Ventures for Millicom International Cellular (Tigo), where they oversaw the company's global digital ventures, including mobile health, Second screen, and Pay-TV. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Rocket Internet Scandinavia, where they launched 6 online ventures in Scandinavia and 2 online ventures in Russia/CIS. Jacob also served as the CEO of MTG Bulgaria and as a sergeant in the Marines.

Jacob Waern has a Master of Science in Applied Economics & Finance from the Copenhagen Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School. Jacob has also studied various subjects at the University of Southern California and has a business law degree from Lund University. Jacob is certified by Cambridge English Language Assessment in the Cambridge Proficiency Exam.
