Sunil Vijayan is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources with a progressive career spanning various roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Western International Group since June 2023, Sunil is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Prior to this, Sunil held the position of Assistant Manager IT Talent Acquisition at Simplilearn, overseeing organizational tasks related to hiring and training. Sunil also worked as Assistant Manager at Westvalley Immigration Pvt Ltd and as BPS Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, contributing to talent acquisition and business process services. Sunil’s career began as an Onboarding Executive at Jio. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Psychology from Sabarmati University and multiple degrees in English Language and Literature from the University of Calicut.
