Jeff Colosimo has worked in the technology industry for over 30 years. In 1990, they became the CEO of Alternate Solutions, Inc., a Regional System Integrator. During their time there, they were responsible for overall strategic planning and performance, developed strategic reseller relationships, lead all sales and marketing efforts, developed the Pennsylvania Department of Education's framework for K-12 Technology Plans, designed and implemented K-12 Technology plans for school districts across Pennsylvania, created the vision and led the team to implement e-grants, and initiated and lead the acquisition by D&E Communications, Inc.
In 2000, Jeff Colosimo became the Vice President of D&E Networks. In 2003, they founded and became the CEO of Performance Pathways, Inc., a national K-12 software and services provider that developed a suite of software applications for Data-Driven decision making. Jeff was responsible for designing and implementing the strategic vision, and recruiting and building a functional organization to sell and support their K-12 solution.
In 2009, Jeff Colosimo became the Vice President of Performance Plus at SunGard Public Sector. Jeff was responsible for the overall performance and offerings for the Performance PLUS division, and designed and implemented the strategic Plan Learning Management.
In 2012, Jeff Colosimo launched Eduplanet21 with a focus on flexible professional learning and social learning and social networking. This past year, they enhanced the model to focus primarily on curriculum design, specifically the Understanding by Design model co-created by Jay McTighe - now an Eduplanet21 Strategic Partner - and the late Grant Wiggins.
Jeff Colosimo obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania between 1982 and 1986.
